About Restful Space

 As a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, I hold a Master Massage certification backed by over 1,000 hours of rigorous training. My holistic education includes a Yoga Nidra certification from Kamini Desai, PhD, Sound Healing studies rooted in Jonathan Goldman’s theories, and Ayurveda studies under Vasant Lad, PhD. Committed to continuous growth, I am currently mastering the Norton technique of Lymphatic Therapy, which will be added to my practice in 2027.
